Cassidy Hutchingson’s fame is fading rapidly now that a lot
of what she claimed in testimony before the Jan. 6 committee turns out to be
untrue.
This is also Liz Cheney’s heyday, doing her best to come up
with some scandal to tarnish Trump before voters in her state throw her the
hell out of office.
It is amazing just how much the Jan. 6 Committee resembles
the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing. Just when the committee starts looking even
stupider than usual, Liz finds them a secret witness/
Unfortunately, the witness turns out to be a fraud, filled
with hearsay evidence, some of which she actually didn’t hear from anyone, claiming
to have written memos she didn’t right, repeating stories that turned out to be
complete fabricated.
You have to wonder if Cheney helped write this script for
her.
Media, of course, repeats every lie as if gospel, and this
feeds the liberal frenzy who repeat the claims even after they have been debunked.
But you have to feel sorry for Hutchingson – who was largely
a nobody in the belt way, and so jumped at her chance to make a name for
herself, allowing the Democrats and GOP RINOs to use and abuse her, power brokers who will abandon her when her
testimony becomes too inconvenient, when it becomes clear nearly all of her testimony
is a lie.
You have to wonder what she was thinking when Cheney and the
others seduced her into testifying – and how careless Cheney was in not
checking the facts before letting this poor woman take the stand.
You can’t completely blame Hutchingson since she was so
unimportant before this, better at getting coffee for her boss than actually
doing anything productive. And so, with Cheney whispering in her ear about how
important she will be, Hutchingson fell for it.
Her once bright future has gone up in smoke – even among the
liberal loonies who repeat her lies. Everybody will eventually realize how much
damage her testimony has done to an already pathetic committee, and to Cheney
herself, who looks like an utter fool for dragging out such an unreliable
witness.
Hutchingson won’t likely find a job anywhere with anyone who
will ever trust her – partly because she turned on her own bosses, and you do
that once, future bosses will suspect you will do it again.
Cheney and company will simply throw the poor woman to the
wolves.
