Ever since the Green Party candidate for president ranted and raved
about how the Russians supposedly hacked into election machines in those states
that shockingly went for Trump instead of Clinton, we’ve been hearing about how
much worse Russia’s alleged tampering with the American election was worse than
the Watergate scandal.
As it turns out, these critics were right – only not the way they
claimed.
The interference of election by manipulated people inside the
intelligence community by then President Obama and candidate Hillary Clinton far
overshadows the paltry attempt to bug the Democratic National offices in the
Watergate Hotel in June 1972.
Watergate made use of ex-members of the intelligence community and
clearly operated beyond the law.
But Clinton and Obama apparently used existing law enforcement to break
the law in the very same way, manipulating the legal system to spy on the Trump
campaign in same way Watergate burglars tried.
And Clinton almost got away with it, just as she almost got away with
stealing the election during the primary system when she bought and paid for
the Democratic National Committee, infiltrated the media to give her debate
questions, implanted her agents inside the DNC to operate against competing Democrats
so that she could get the nomination as Democratic candidate for president.
Her paying for the research into alleged meetings between the Trump
campaign and Russian agents became the flashlight in the dark of the Watergate Hotel
that gave her away, since it clearly showed how Clinton manipulated by the FBI
as well as friendly media to build a conspiracy against Trump.
The released memo is not conclusive proof of Clinton’s culpability, but
like the Watergate break-in, it serves as the first clue to just what went
on behind the scenes, and must be the
start of an investigation to learn how much a role Obama played in Clinton’s attempt
to undermine the most sacred of American institutions, the electoral process.
Media friendly to Clinton clearly got caught with their pants down,
since they led the charge against Trump. I can’t help thinking of the scene in
the movie “The Godfather” where the mob used “friendly” media to reshape the
truth about crooked cops and the crimes committed in the name of law and order.
Publications such as the Washington Post, The New York Times and the
low-rated cable news networks sound very shrill in the aftermath of the GOP
memo, which shows just how out of touch they have been from the start in reporting
the facts.
The memo – if accurate – shows how the Clinton campaign (possibly with
the help of then President Obama) planted evidence (the way cops used to plant
dope on kids to bust them) and then leaked this to a friendly media, and then apparently,
fed this news leak to the FBI to justify a wiretap on the Trump campaign – in
the midst of a national campaign between Clinton and Trump.
Even when the FBI became aware of being duped, it did not notify the
court, not once, but twice, and so violated the law in regards to surveillance on
Americans.
This supposed leaked news became the basis for the Russian conspiracy
that the Green Party launched after the election, and Democrats scrambled to
make real – claiming that the charge was not sour grapes by a losing party, but
that there was evidence of an investigation long before the election took
place.
Evidence the Clinton campaign paid to manufacture and fed to the FBI as
fact.
The memo has made friendly media even more shrill in a desperate
attempt to do damage control, not merely for the FBI, but because much of their
myth making centered on The Russian Conspiracy, and if there is no Russian Conspiracy,
then they lose credibility, and there is nothing more damaging to a supposed
free press than loss of credibility.
As in Watergate, investigators need to start following the Clinton money
to determine what else it manipulated in the system, what other dirty tricks
they played, and how much more the public has been deceived by a campaign orchestrated
with the permission of a now former president of the United States.
Yes, this is very much like Watergate, but it’s the Democrats who
appear guilty this time.
